This was a short engagement of around 3 months. As such it was beneficial to my client that I had the technical and functional expertise to be immediately impactful. In addition, familiariry with the deployment tool, Kintana, and also the support ticketing system Servicedesk made it very easy to hit the ground running. I provded additional cover for Hitachi supporting their E-Business Suite implementation and also, in 12 week period completed the design and development of 10 technical deliverables. These included:
- Purchase Order form customisations
- Designing and delivering custom processes and configuration for the customer cheque refund solution.
- Fixing and enhancing the existing expense workflow solution
- Pension Benefits reporting enhancements
- Designing, developing and delivering custom processes and technical components to support delivery of supplier remittances via email.
All enhancements were fully delivered along with comprehensive functional and technical documentation to facilitate future support requirements.
