I was brought in as part of a PwC team to implement Oracle eProcurement for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. This involved designing and developing integrations (EDI) with a supplier marketplace to download catalogs and place orders. Additionally I was responsible for the functional configuration of the Accounts Payable’s module and ensuring a successful implementation of the 4 way match between the purchase order, receipt and inspection and invoice.
I developed Oracle workflow customisations to support business process requirements with in relating to e-procurement. Delivered System and Functional design documents for EDI Purchase Orders and Invoicing solutions. I lead a team of external consultants (Infosys) who developed additional technical customisations for the project.
